Barbara Jean Tucker, 68, of Henry Illinois died on May 22, 2024 at OSF St. Clare Hospital Emergency Room in Princeton Illinois. Born on August 9, 1955, in Peoria to the late Ralph and Eleanor (Briner) Turpen. She married Robert Tucker on July 15, 1972 in Henry. He survives.
Also surviving her children Randy (Johnica) Tucker of Pekin Illinois, Richard Tucker of Farmington Illinois, and Sarah (Matt) Tucker of Ladd Illinois. Grandchildren Ryan, Madison, Dereck, Christopher, Haley, Alex; and great grandson Jaxson. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Donald, Daryl, Kay, Ralph, Carol, Rita, Linda and a granddaughter Virginia Jean.
Barbara spent her career as a CNA and home healthcare aid in and around Henry. Working at Heartland and she especially enjoyed doing in home care, where she cared for several local people in the community.
Barbara also had a passion for growing her flowers and watching them grow through the seasons. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed them close to
