Wilbur J. Holler, 86, of Lacon, Illinois, died on October 27, 2024, at Lacon Rehab and Nursing in Lacon.
He was born on the family farm near Lacon on June 20, 1938, to the late Frank and Minnie (Blackburn) Holler. Wilbur married Sandi Carlson on April 5, 1958, in Varna, IL. Sandi died on March 31, 1996.
Surviving are his children, Jody (Jodi) Holler, Jamie Holler, Andrea (Bill) Toliver, all of Lacon; sisters, Shirley Hattan and Laverne Head both of Lacon, Roberta (Delmar) Hammond of Oregon state, Bev (Robert) Meismer of Charlotte, North Carolina; five grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his infant son Todd, four brothers, and four sisters.
Wilbur was a lineman for CILCO 30 years. He was an avid coon hunter and belonged to both the Peoria area and Illinois state Coon Hunter Associations.
