Judy Carrol Billingsley, age 78, of Lacon, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at Lacon Rehab and Nursing.
Judy was born on February 2, 1946, in Lawrenceburg, TN, to Henry H. and Ida E. (Whitman) Walden. She married the love of her life, Charles R. "Bob" Billingsley, on May 26, 1962, in Bellevue, IL.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Bob Billingsley, of Lacon; her children, Connie (Mark) Cranford of East Peoria, Charles R. "Bob" (Melody) Billingsley, Jr., of Canton, Chris (Angie) Billingsley of East Peoria, and Chad Billingsley of Peoria Heights; her grandchildren, Alexi (Kyle), Trent, Cameron (Cori), MacKenzi, Vanessa, Jacob, Tyler, Lucas, Jamie and Jordan; and many great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Doris Bryant of Albuquerque, NM, and Cal (Julie) Walden of Peoria, IL; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ray and Don Walden.
