Kimrey Darrell "Kim" Alleman Born: January 15, 1954 in Spring Valley, Illinois Died: January 3, 2025 in Henry, Illinois Kimrey Darrell "Kim" Alleman passed away Friday, January 3, 2025 at Country Comfort Home in Henry, IL. He was 70 years old. Kim was born January 15, 1954 in Spring Valley, IL, son of Darrell and Jeanne (Anderson) Alleman. He graduated from John Swaney Junior High School in 1968 and Putnam County High School in 1972. He earned both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He farmed his entire life and was a teacher at Henry High School before his employment with the Illinois Department of Human Services where he worked to help local families, eventually becoming the director. Kim enjoyed numerous activities throughout his life. He was a member of Farm House Fraternity while on the University of Illinois campus and later became a member of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. He was a member of
